The subsequent chase, harrowing for all concerned, can end in a fireball. But Michael Stone refuses to give up. Ranging all over the South and East China seas, anyone with a feel for sailing will be mesmerized. Anyone who enjoys a thriller with an unusual international feel is going to be up all night. This debut book is a solid 4.
